Your topic was about how elementary teachers could use the internet to enhance their teaching. Your issue in the topic was that small groups of teachers might not be familiar with the internet. You want your audience to understand the benefits that technology might have on students. You hope that your topic will motivate people unfamiliar with the internet to use the internet.
